About Lamtaput Bamboo Factory!
Lamtaput Bamboo Factory is an Initiative of the Asha Kiran Society. It supports local young Artisans to earn their livelihood with their Bamboo Crafting Skills. The artisan team, with their ability and diligence, make the high quality bamboo toys for customers both young and old to enjoy. Some of these toys have even been ground-up designed by the boys themselves.

About the Team!
Our team is made up of tribal youth, Asha Kiran Staff and volunteers who have stepped in to lend their expertise in their respective fields- we have had a chemical engineer, a zoologist, an automotive engineer, a computer science engineer, and so many others working for us with their precious time and energy. Extended team members across the country, help with sourcing, sales and marketing. Thus, our work has been richly blessed with investments of time and knowledge from various people.
About Asha Kiran Society!
Asha Kiran Society is an NGO that has been working with the tribal peoples of South Odisha, i.e., the Koraput and Malkangiri districts. Its focus has been on providing health and education and helping them improve agricultural practices. It runs a hospital, school, and community education and has dedicated teams for community health and agricultural development.
